How do i sync music to my cell phone? best answer in 4 hours!?

so i have the sync/usb cable for the VERIZON BLITZ and i can't figure out how to put my music on it! i want to put ALL of my ITUNES music on it. how do i do this? please explain, im not good with this kind of stuff AT ALL! so dont make it TO complicated (:
