Help; help; friend and a babyy?

okay so my 14 year old friend thinks she might be pregnat and we are going to find out sometime this week. but if she is what should shee do? and how can i help? abortion is defineen tally not an option. her whole family would be super mad if they found out she had and is going to have a baby. please help.
