My Brother Wants a Change. What do I do?

if this is not a joke then get him some professional help! he is 12 untill he can discover himself ually when he is 18 like every one else, he i just going to have to deal with it because anything he does like mutilate himself, or get caught at school with his junk taped up is going to reflect on your parents and will more than likely end with social services taking both of you away from your parents!
