Can Anyone help me find a way from Fremont,california to Tracy,california?

im planning to go on a train/bus trip with my friend there. we recently found out there are no Bart trains going to Tracy.so does anyone know an alternate way besides car?we're willing to make short stops to other places if needed.also we'd like for the trip to take less then 4 hours if possible
