My dog vomited ALOT then started shaking-like cold tremors, she won't eat even her favorite snacks ?

My five month old puppy vomited a lot (two large piles) today then started shaking (like when a dog gets cold) she won't stop shaking. She will not eat, even her favorite table scraps or doggie snacks! She lays there looking so sad and tired. The last thing she ate was some dried deer jerky a friend gave us. What could be wrong? Could the deer meat have been tainted or I missed something she may have ingested? What should I do. I have no money for a vet and need help please someone.
