Where to move L.A. or New York?

I just turned 19 and wanting to move from my small city. I have saved about $20,000.00. I want to find somewhere that has a party scene easy to meet people because I will be moving on my own. I will be starting my own clothing line, which I have saved for. I already have my online clothing store that is doing good. So the economic part is not a problem. Also I love the glamours life, and to be the center of attention.
