I'm at the Houston Womens Clinic Am I pregnant?

And I'm pretty sure I'm pregnant but it's weird because I don't feel like I am and whn the doctor did an ultrasound there was nothing on the screen but I haven't had my period since Jan 18 and the pregnancy tests were kinda positive but the second line was faint. So yeah Am I pregnant?
