Does the size of molecules affect rate of diffusion? (using dialysis tubing)?

Yes. Membranes, whether cell membranes or dialysis tubing, have maximum pore sizes. If the molecules are too big, they will not p through and the membrane is rendered impermeable to that molecule or bigger. The membrane is therefore permeable to molecules small enough to fit through the pores.
