Does he like me or not?

ok there's this guy and hes very shy or very kept to him self he would never talk to any girl so one day we just started talking i new him for a long time because his sisters are a very good friends of mine. so we just started flirting a lot he looks at me a lot and if he has any chance to talk to me he would he would make fun of me for what would say to him. but the thing is he has a girlfriend but one day there was a little boy that saw me talking to him and he asked him is this your girlfriend and he would just look at me and smile and kinda laughed and kinda terned red and one time i herd the boy asking him were i was and the boy would say " wheres your girlfriend" and he would just say i don't know . but the thing is were two years apart. and am kinda tired of waiting for him to dump his girlfriend for me because i think he likes me. and know he would sometimes tell me cute things and he would some times say to me like when i wear makeup and he says i don't need it and i tell him i do and he says "you know when someone wears makeup and the take it off they look ugly" and i would say ya i know am already ugly and he would always say and a soft voice and say that's your opinion. stuff like that
